So a run down of Thursday night shows (some spoilers...please stop reading if you will hate me for spoilers).
The Office--yay! Jim and Pam! Whoohoo. Sad BJ Novak looks like he is leaving. Dwight was awesome last night. The Dwight nightmare unleashed!
Ugly Betty--need to catch it on abc.com today. I was too busy watching The Office.
Grey's Anatomy--highly disappointing, must cut it from my Thurs. night repetoire. What's the point of a show of people who cannot really make anything in their lives work except cutting other people up? It was a just a long, depressing, disappointing episode.
On a side note: HEROES--most awesome show ever. Just a whole episode full of greatness.

I didn't watch any of the spoilers, but they must have been pretty bad to have broken capillaries in your neck....
I concur with your thoughts on Grey's Anatomy. I don't watch t.v. and saved my tube viewing for Thursday nights. For weeks the show has left me devoid of emotion except for disgust. Disgust for wasting an hour of my precious time watching weak ass people navigate through life with weak sauce. I'm so glad you and I agree on something! Yay!
