Having been a phone operative before, I was quite unimpressed by this:

Ring Ring:

"Hello, Jessica speaking"
"Hi. Can I speak to your mom or dad?"
Silence.
"Uhm...I own this home"
"Oh! Silly me! Hi, Miss Know"
"It's Kwon"
"Ah...well...uhm...I'm doing a survey about computer products...ehm"
"Not interested. Good bye"

Rather amusing though.
