This was our first dish of the night:

Parmesan risotto. After this dish came out I knew I was going to be in food heaven. This totally started it off right. Light, fluffy, warm.


The pastry chef came by to introduce this little dish to us. It's called "perfect bite" It really was but I have no idea what was in it. Some sort of goat cheese and caramalized topping I think.


That thing to the left is kinda like a raspberry root beer, and to the right was the cream/strudel pastry thing.
And the end of the night...another posting of my flowers =)
