ALS/AAS Anonymous
I suffer from ALS (average looker syndrome) characterized by:
Decent looking enough to serve as wingwomen, and guys talk to us to get to the Pretty Person, but not pretty enough for the free drinks.
People like being around us, due to our ALS (average looker status) we honed satisfactory social skills, and learned to compensate. However, it didn't come easily.
Oftentimes serves as bridesmaid to not overshadow the bride, but still make the pictures look lovely.
We are the ones comforting the PPS (Pretty People Syndrome) people who have broken a nail, after 15 hour days and taking care of everyone else.
We worked hard to get where we are, however due to our perceived "free ride" and "good jobs" we just end up spending it on the PPS people.
That's me in a nutshell. Sometimes this syndrome can be mistaken for borderline AAS (Above Average Syndrome). They are often interchangeable unless you have concurrent BHS (big head syndrome) and have developed PPPS (Pseudo Pretty Person Syndrome).

Methinks you suffer from CHS (Crackhead Syndrome) because if that's what you really believe, you're smokin' crack behind my back!
And WHO told me last month that I put myself down?!!!! Remind me to smack you upside yo head next time I see you. Yes, I'm violent, remember?
Two thoughts:
(1) This was hilarious
(2) I concur with Nannette's diagnosis: crackhead syndrome it is!
As I told Nanny, I'm not that humble. I originally diagnosed myself with AAS (above average syndrome) but then I realized that sounded really pretentious and downgraded for the sake of appearances (pun not intended).
