Writings In The Sand
Tony mentioned today that I have been a little too bitter and cynical on my posts of late--which actually doesn't reflect my mood. I have been loving life. I feel like the last year has been really blessing, just giving me a job I love, being able to do something meaningful with my life through My Refuge House, and then of course being able to share it all with someone I love.
I just came back from Philippines (I went right after Tony proposed to me). It was amazing to see the many ways he was able to show me he cared and missed me. He went to the beach with church one Sunday and sent me these:
S said it was like this little boy determined to accomplished his task. He was just in his little corner of the beach while the rest of the church friends were hanging out and doing their thing.
Sometimes it's the simple things that make you love life. Today we went to the beach to just sit and relax and it reminded me of this. Some of our best moments have been at the beach :)

May I please tattoo these images on different areas of your body so I won't ever hear you doubt Tony's love for you again? I'm eternally grateful that you don't require such grand gestures of love from your girlfriends. Otherwise, you'd cross me off. (sniff sniff)
